Reflect on organizational values with the OVT to redefine an organization’s mission statement

Following the adoption of its strategic plan for 2015 – 2019, which outlined guidelines to ensure its growth and development, the City of Pointe-Claire was looking for a realistic and pragmatic way to bring these broad orientations to life on a daily basis and firmly establish an organizational culture in line with its priorities. EPSI’s consultants then employed an exercise linked to organizational values through the use of the OVT to unify all senior managers on the preferred methods and targets required to achieve strategic objectives by revisiting, particularly, all the organizational goals of the different departments. A thank-you message goes to Murielle Laberge, Ph.D., a consultant at EPSI who successfully implemented this exercise.

New partner: DIXINN GATE

The last months were marked by a new Canadian-African collaboration, through the establishment of a partnership with the African company, DIXINN GATE, which has been working in the field of e-learning for many years in West Africa, and which aims to contribute to the emergence of a competitive Africa by providing innovative technology and skilled human resources.

EPSI is pleased to contribute to this mission by sharing its expertise in testing and competency management.

EPSI’s participation at the IBM HR Summit 2016 and 2016 CHRP

IBM HR Summit 2016

EPSI was present at the IBM HR Summit 2016, a large conference organized by our business partner, IBM, in Boston from September 6th to 8th. This conference brought together a variety of large companies and served as a unique opportunity to learn about the technological solutions that will shape the future of human resources.

At this event, EPSI also had the honour of being invited by IBM to present its services and assessment solutions to a forum of partners, and to discuss highlights of its partnership with IBM.

CHRP 2016

Again this year, EPSI was present at the 2016 CHRP conference to increase and refresh its knowledge and skills in the HR field. It was also an opportunity to discuss this year’s theme, “The HR Expertise”, with other conference attendees. The team of exhibitors returned from the conference with their minds filled with new and inspiring ideas and eager to provide you with the most up-to-date advice and solutions.
